Char Kitchen and Bar recently opened in Scottsdale and serves American food laced with European and Mediterranean influences. The atmosphere is sort of farm house like with comfortable booths and tables. We started out with Chicken Lollis. They are quite small but were prepared to perfection and were delicious. They were in a Pomegranate, Harrisa BBQ Sauce and covered with feta and pickled onions. For my meal I had a small Santorini Salad with added Chicken. I thought it was very tasty with the unusual Pink Goddess Dressing and the Chicken was DELICIOUS with a very nice Char on it. Service was really great too. They just opened this week and have everything down.
