Great views! ok food. Parking is very bad! Views are great and the service friendly but slow. Clientelle is very mature. The food ok but nothing special. I had clam chowder which was ok, and chicken breast with macadamia nuts, again ok. My colleagues tried the prime rib and the miso salmon. Again, all ok, but, except for the views, nothing worth returning for.
I use to love this restaurant until the last valentine’s day, I went with my husband and everything was great until we got our steaks. We both order medium rare, when i tried mine the steak was cold, then my husband tried his steak and it was well done, we called the waiter and he said let me bring u a new steak. We were talking and then they bring the steaks back and my steak was the same steak. They just cook it a little longer and brought it back and i noticed so i talk to the manager and i couldnt believe it. He agree it was the same steak and said well if u don’t want this one we can order u a new one. By that time my husband was almost done and i told him everybody knows once a steak is out of the grill ur not suppose to put it back, it will loose the juices and it wont be a medium rare anymore. After my dinner was ruin by a bad steak and a bad manager, i didn’t even got a free drink. End up leaving hungry. What is wrong with the restaurants this days, I understand the economy is bad how ever this is not the outback. Even the outback have better managers and if ur steak is not the way u wanted they will bring u a new one. Too bad, I will never go back
Really Good Fish. We have eaten at the Chart House twice now and on both occasions, we were very pleased.Great food, great service with a nice view of a large pond.Very nice atmosphere and outside seating is also available.If you want to impress someone, take them to the Chart House which is owed by Landry’s.
Nothing special for your $. We celebrated my wifes birthday on a Sunday evening. Had not been here before. Managed to get a window,lake view seat, which was nice.Wife ordered Mahi,seared, I had the Halibut with a topping of crab & shrimp.We both had the $7.95 salad bar. Nothing at all special, except the great chunky bleu cheese dressing. Wifes Mahi was grey, not at all seared, and was unremarkable.My halibut was OK, a little overdone, again nothing special.We had the chocolate molten cake dessert….that was the best part of the meal.Service was ok, nothing special, nothing here to return for.Food…CService…B-Ambiance…BValue…C-
Fantastic Ambiance at a Price. Have been to the Chart House many times over the years most recently last night. The food was good not over the top however the seafood was fresh Clam Chowder good again not great however the biggest disappointment was the salad bar which lists for $15.99 unless you purchase an entree then they try to make you feel as if its a bargain by adding it for $7.99. I would have no problem with the exuberant price but please give me something impressive this was a real let down. I would highly recommend reservations and try to specify a window seat as the views will impress and motivate your palate. Price of dinner with no wine just ice water was $107.00 with 20% tip so anticipate a much larger bill with cocktails. Wine list is impressive and this is a wonderful place to take a date if you love flaming torches and views over the lake again just make sure you get the window seat.

Great food great view. Nice restaurant with a salad bar, which is 6.99 with meal. Most entres are 25-30 $.
