Don’t go to Old Town Location if you have more than 1 order or you will be embarrassed publically. i ordered 4 meals for my family and was told that the next time they want me to call in my order if I need more than ONE meal so I dont hold up the line! Good thing we are all here just to make their job easier… It’s not about me, the customer. I wonder why all the other fast food places hasn’t followed their lead?? Wow, it wouldn’t have been so horrible if the food didn’t turn out cold and the rice undercooked. I guess my order of tacos and salad overwhelmed them. I’m sorely disappointed that this is the pathway Chipotle has taken… I used to be a huge fan.
