Good spot with lively crowd on a Thursday night.Solid wine list had good value.Calamari was a little greasy but good.Cesar salad was very good.Arugula pizza with prosciutto was also good. Crust was crunchy and dough flavorful. Toppings were good but the prosciutto was in thick chunks and could have been sliced or smaller.All in all very good.

Lucky for us. We happened upon Crust while hunting for a late dinner. Immediately upon arriving we knew we had found a gem. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Our waiter was completely engaging and his recommendations were very helpful. The food was exceptional. There is no question why the place is called Crust! The crust of this pizza is some of the best I’ve tasted. If I’m back in the Phoenix area…I will be back to Crust.12 Feb, 2015The Uncle Louie. Pizza! Sweet sausage, basil, sauce and mozzarella! But the highlight of this pizza…and I suspect all of them at Crust…is…well…the CRUST! Incredible crust!
