So good…. I love this place! the customer service is great, really funny people, my bagel was amazing and so was my coffee. No complaints what so ever!
1. It’s more a roll than a bagel. It’s just shaped like a bagel. 2. It was served cool the first time and when asked it to be toasted it was warmed but never toasted. 3. The side of bacon was served cold and when I asked if that was how they served bacon they nuked it with part if it burn. 4. The cream cheese was whipped. The texture of whipped cream cheese provides a different flavor than unwhipped There’s a reason restaurants use whipped. It increases volume so they can save money. 5. When I asked for the bagel to be toasted and bacon warmed the exasperation in body language and tone of voice wasn’t accepting of the request. 6. Coffee was good. Got that going for them at least. It’s a bagel place for gods sake! It’s what they do and they do it pretty piss poor.
This place sucks. The food is good, but the customer service is horrible. The place is a freaking zoo every time i walk in and unless i order a single bagel (really simple) these dolts are bound to screw it up. Just go to starbucks… Its right next door. The product might be inferior, but the service is tolerable.
