In a nut shell this restaurant offers a health focused menu. The food we tried was very good fresh, grass fed, organic but small portions in a cool but very loud atmosphere. We ate here on the weekend and found out not all the menu is offered on the weekend till three o’clock so some of what we wanted to try we couldn’t get.I had the Spinach and Goat Cheese Salad with added Chicken. The produce in my salad was very good, strawberries were very sweet, goat cheese tasted like quality goat cheese. Chicken was tasty but a little dry on the ends. I do note it was a very small amount of chicken..I guessing two ounces but it was just enough protein with the walnuts and cheese for a woman.My husband had the Steak Sandwich. It was tasty on very good bread and was served with an eye-catching mild vegetable salad. Like my salad there was maybe two ounces of steak in the Steak Sandwich so my husband complained to me he was still hungry after he ate it.I liked the food but the atmosphere is too loud for me. My husband didn’t like the food as much as I did because he left hungry. Great place for dieters or light eaters.
