Had a good meal here with my wife. I live in Canada now but I’m from Europe originally and this is as close to true Italian pizza as I’ve seen in North America. The negative reviews on this restaurant all seem to revolve around slow service – worth noting that this is traditional Italian food from a culture where people take 3hrs or more to eat dinner with a bottle or two of wine – you are not supposed to be rushed. If you want fast food, go to Wendy’s but if you want traditional Italian pizza from a wood-burning clay oven, this is a very good option.

Delicious. Came for lunch while attending a conference at Hotel Valley Ho, very easy walk even in 100 degree heat. Friendly atmosphere, delicious menu, great service! Fabulous Italian wine list, and you can buy some to take home! Definitely coming back and telling all my friends.

Great Pizza. Great prices on wine, so bold that they list the retail price on the menu. Pizza straight from the wood burning oven, delicious ! We will be back

Nice relaxing atmosphere. We had the dame edna pizza and calzone with a light glass of wine – $50.

Beyond Bad. This was my first experience at Grazie and it was simply, the WORST dining experience I have ever had in my life. It was a crowded Saturday night and we were seated promptly. The waitress took our order almost immediately but from there, it was all downhill. We ordered Sangria and that was served about 30 minutes later. Our salads did not arrive until we had been seated in the restaurant for over 75 minutes and had to flag down our very harried waitress to ask her where the salads were. One of the salads was not what we had ordered and after several minutes of trying to get the attention of any server, the owner, who was positioned just a few feet away at the bar, or a busboy, one of us actually went outside and found another server to help us correct the situation. She kindly did so but was clearly on the verge of tears. It was obvious to us that something was really wrong with the staffing mix and that the servers were understaffed. We asked the owner for some ground pepper and he practically tossed us the pepper mill. He clearly was incapable of lifting a finger to help provide any sort of customer service. He remained behind the bar rifling through papers the entire evening, not seeming to care that the service being provided in his establishment was atrocious and that his servers were all frazzled and overworked. Not once did we see him go over to even one table to assist , to apologize, or make amends for for the situation. During the course of the evening, we were appalled to witness the restaurant owner screaming at the pizza chef and the servers, as well as the pizza chef screaming at the servers not just once but on MULTIPLE occasions. This all happened just a few feet away from where our table was situated. Our pizza finally arrived, tasty enough but burned on the edges (we had requested well done but not burned pizza) after we had been seated for an hour and a half! Our server never came back to the table until the end of the meal. The whole evening was a comedy of errors, like a really bad movie. It was by far the WORST dining experience of my life. Grazie????? NO THANKS!

Fresh?. We have eaten at Grazie in the past although it has been a couple of years. We liked it so much we took our Italian neighbors there. Unfortunately we had dinner last weekend and were disappointed. One of the items we ordered was a small Caesar salad for I think, $9.00. The lettuce was brown around the edges and certainly not fresh as their website says. I was also disappointed in the price for a small bowl of brown lettuce, guess I was expecting a bit of shaved romaine which is a nice touch. Salad came with the powdered stuff on top. The dressing was good but fresh lettuce and fresh shaved cheese would have made it worth the $9.00.
