  All-Night Pizza Joy. Because I don’t care much for Denny’s and prefer not to have breakfast food when I have the munchies at 3 a.m., I usually would call Gus’s if I’m in Scottsdale. I’ve had mostly good experiences with Gus’s, although I did stray from my usual for a so-so sub once. For a delivery, it was still good, but their pizza is far superior. (Personally, I recommend the Mediterranean and a 2-liter of root beer.) Still, for 3 a.m. food, it far outdid anything Denny’s offered.

  Ordered a pizza last night New Year’s Eve and it was completely burnt…. and I am bring it back tomorrow when they open…and I’m getting my money back…$25.00.. Dislike this place, poor quality!!!Update: Went back to Gus NY Pizza in Scottsdale the next day, spoke with the Owner. He apologized for the inconvenience for the quality of the Pizza received last night and explained how busy his shop was the evening of New Year’s Eve and full refunded the money. Overall, I appreciate that he was accountable and sincere for not meeting my expectations. Great business recovery and taking the responsibility of the problem and offering resolution. Good Customer Service!! Changed from dislike to LIKE for the Customer Service
