We came late on a Sunday and was told we just missed the crowd. It took awhile for the server to greet us and take our order. We weren’t too impressed with the service or the food, and then, it was a bit pricey. Probably won’t be back.
I have been to the Gainey location and had great service. FLW location was another story. Had reservations for Mother’s Day. Took almost twenty minutes to get our first drink. Ordered an appetizer that never arrived, all entrees came out except one. The only mother at the table received her entree once everyone else had finished. I understand Holidays are busy but make sure you staff properly. Server was not very apologetic and we had to ask to see a manager. She did comp some items but that still did not compensate for the complete lack of adequate service. Will not revisit this location.
