The food was good, but they wanted to charge $7 for a side of lo main noodles. Im allergic to rice and I asked to substitute the lo mein egg noodles for the rice. I asked to speak to the manager as $7 is pretty steep. The server spoke to the manager who was standing about 10 feet from us. It took him about 10 minutes to come over and talk to me after I inquired whether or not the manager was coming over. The manager then told me the cost was for the chef to cook the noodles and there is no charge for the rice as that is already made (by the way, the side of fried rice has scrambled egg which would take time to cook, so his comment to me seemed irrelevant). He then left to talk to the kitchen and came back to tell me they were out of egg noodles. As were waiting for our food to come out, the lady at the table next to us gets her dish, which has lo mein egg noodles! I was disappointed. I let the manager know what we saw as we were leaving. He said that I misheard him due to his accent and that he said they were out of egg noodles, not the lo mein Rice noodles.

The customer service was horrible. It took an hour after ordering for our food to be served. Other customers who were seated much later than us got their food before us. Waitress armed to be absent much of the time. Customer at table next to us was loudly playing a sporting event on his smart phone giving the place a feel of a sports bar. Staff didn’t care so we moved to another table. Food was ok, but not spectacular. We’d eaten here before but have agreed to return. The place is going downhill.

The menu was FULL of great choices, we settled on the war wonton soup (soggy noodles, VERY overcooked shrimp, sickly sweet broth), teriyaki chicken (bland, fatty & more skin than chicken), yang chow fried rice (greasy, very poor cuts of chicken & pork), and chicken fried rice (again, greasy and with lots of fatty chicken). The service wasn’t very good and the pricing was more appropriate for a MUCH better meal.
