Bad Experience last night. Went last night to Jalapeno’s and did not have a great experience. The $9 appetizer (guacalome) was not fresh but apparently was purchased in a store. No limes with the margaritas and the fish taco’s were below average. $60 dollars for two half priced drinks and two entres not good value. We’ve been there many times, probably won’t return.
Our usual go to place for great Mexican food. Disappointed in the service today, with our server bringing the wrong order and then telling us it was correct. Need a little better training there, but we’ll give it another try after a while.
Food was good. Price was right. Service was ok.
Great food, but keep your eyes on your bill!. Jalapeno Inferno is a great option for Mexican food in North Scottsdale. My only concern and suggestion is when the server heard it was our first time at the restaurant, she said we just had to try their specialty tamale and brought it out without us actually ordering it, so we thought it was on the house. We finished our meal. The food was fantastic, but when we got the bill, we saw that they had charged us for the tamale. We got it taken off the bill, but it was strange how that whole thing transpired so be wary when they tell you to try the tamale!
A reliable place for good food good service and great deals. Owners are great hard working people who deserve support
Although the bar is full of tv’s cheering for your team is frowned upon. Don’t go there to watch a game! We hadn’t even had a drink when my 75 year old father was asked to keep his voice down for cheering too loudly for his college team. I won’t go back!
Food was average and service without a smile. Not a great experience to say the least.
