Lamp pizzeria is a very great restaurant. When I want pizza, I usually go to Grazie, as it is my favorite spot. Bianco is certainly quality, but just not my style. Lamp pizzeria had become one of my new favorite spots in the state. I wish I would have been there sooner. The service was great, the energy was very lively, but laid back, and the good was incredible. I got there late, but the apps that were on the table were the charcuterie and some sort of toasts with (I believe) a fig jam, goat cheese, and fresh basil. Very delicious. Their bread was a perfect chewy texture. The pizza was softer in the middle, but crispier toward the crust, that’s how I prefer mine. The ingredients were quality. I had the margarita (however it’s spelled) pizza with ricotta added. I usually only get that so I can taste the pizza, but the Gem was the best meat pizza I have ever encountered in my life. It was the perfect balance of meat, cheese, sauce, and crust. I highly recommend this restaurant!
BEST WOOD FIRED PIZZA I’VE EVER HAD. I’ve eaten copious amounts of Neapolitan style pizza all over the United States and this place is the best. I’m a total food snob, and this place makes me feel warm and fuzzy all over. Soooooo Damn good.
Absolute Must. Whether you are a local or visitor, this is a must. Worth the drive for the wonderful hospitality and deliciously fresh and authentic Italian Food. Owners Matt and Lindsay are cooking from Matt’s grandmother’s recipes and you can taste it. My favourites so far are the Zucchini Cakes, the Arugula and White Bean Salad which I ordered with Anchovies as well and the Geppetto Pizza. I smiled through my entire meal. I live in Scottsdale during the winter and this is one of the reasons why. Enjoy!
Yummy authentic pizza and great salads, small and personal. Owners seem to be on site every night. Cool atmosphere. We go several times per month because we CRAVE it….
Donna. Went today upon recommendation and was not disappointed. Crust is super thin crisp, ingredients are fresh, great combinations. Slightly noisy due to being busy but owner is concerned and working on acoustics. Don’t miss this one. Can’t wait to go back and try salad and dessert
