Let me preface by saying, i love going out to eat and drink. I love a great atmosphere and great service. There were things I liked, but a couple of things ruined the experience for me. The drunk bread was awesome as well as the chicken parm. Our waiter was pleasant for the most part until I pointed out that my pork entree was raw. Our table watched as he approached the manager and they discussed the issue. Nothing came of it. No apologies. It was like nothing happened. It rubbed my entire table wrong because raw pork should be unacceptable. Furthermore, the manager didn’t have much of a personality for the restaurant business. He was quite difficult to speak with on an average level. I wish I would have had a better experience because they have potential to be good, but they had a few rookie mistakes tonight. They’ve been around long enough to know better.
