Good concept, Poor execution! The employees are very young and just don’t care. Burgers were overcooked and fries were cold. There were a total of 6 guests at 3 tables, so they were not busy. Very disappointed.
Don’t Go Here. I hate to leave a bad review, but if I can help someone from having a really bad meal then it’s worth it. The service is horrible. Long wait, not busy. If your order is incorrect, they give you an attitude if you ask them to correct it. I did not enjoy watching the waitresses eating fries in the kitchen and then serving food. Would not go back. Too many other burger joints that are sooo much better.
Well I went there with my dad and two of his friends we orders our food then we were waiting for a hour or more till a manager came over he gave me some coupons then we got our food that wasn’t Even that good do nt go there
Terrible Experience. Order of 3 Hamburgers, took 40+ minutes to arrive. Waiter showed up once between taking our order and when the food arrived and did not acknowledge how unreasonably long our food was taking/offer an apology. Ordered burgers medium-rare and they showed up well done. Fries cost $2 extra (a crime in a burger establishment in my opinion) and the chips you get with it are absolutely awful. Burgers were so-so, didn’t even come close to making up for the rest of their shortcomings. Will not be returning. Much better dining experiences at Blu-burger and the food is better.
Two in the group had burgers which were soso. I had the Ahi Tuna burger which was not quite soso. Onion rings tasted greasy. Fried chicken strips seemed packaged/frozen. Homemade potato chips weren’t seasoned. Coffee was old burnt. Waitress was great. We will go back for service & drinks as the waitress was really nice & we like the environment. We will pass on the food.
Pretty decent size burger. Friendly service… Not the fastest, but friendly. Good buns on both. Chips are overcooked but I still ate all of them. Cool ambiance.
They got a slow start – slow service, long lines, clueless staff. But they got it down now. Good burgers, fast and friendly staff, good beer selection, great patio all at a good price, which is rare in N Scottsdale. Good neighborhood spot.
