DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!. Last night, I went to this McDonald’s thinking that I would get a quick bite to eat. The only problem was I did not expect to be standing in line waiting 20 minutes for FAST FOOD! I had asked the guy who was taking my order if the fries were fresh made because I had been here one other time and they were cold. He told me that they could make a fresh batch. Of course I said OK. Along with the fries I ordered two daily doubles since I had a buy one get one free. After about 5 minutes I started to wonder why my food was not out. The guy who took my order then tells me they are dropping the fries.Why would they not drop them right away? Instead a number of customers were kept waiting. Another five minutes went by and then another five minutes. By the time 15 minutes rolled around the guy who took my order says here you go and sorry about the wait. As I was walking out I checked my bag and found my order to be incorrect. Not only did I just wait 15 minutes, but now you screw up my order. When I went to tell him that he got it wrong, his response was you only ordered one. I could not take this guy anymore so I asked to speak to his manager. This guy was even more ridiculous then his order taker. He tells me that I ordered wrong and that I did not have a coupon. I told him to check the register and I bet he will find one. Sure enough he did!! He proceeded to tell me that the guy working was new. If he is new shouldn’t he have proper training before he starts handling money and taking orders? I then asked the manager why I had to wait at this point now for 20 minutes. All he could say was that he was sorry. He clearly was not interested in helping me. Then on top of that my order was sitting in their window and a customer had to point out that the order was ready.I urge you not to go to this McDonald’s! They clearly do not have the slightest clue on how to do things right. Every person working in that store tonight should be fired. Fill their spots with people who actually want a job!
