We had a pleasant though not overwhelmingly memorable experience. Beef Bourguignonne was delicious and tender but lacked the vegetables and enough sauce serve with noodles. Mussels were plentiful and delicious, availability with a piece of crusty bread to enjoy the flavorful liquid remaining in the large serving vessel would have just hit the spot. Dining on a week night may have its draw backs, understandably the wait staff was quite busy but leaving an array of tables needing bussing as we arrived left one to suspect the solitary server had plenty of chores besides the serving patrons currently enjoying their well prepared meals. Our lemon meringue tart was very tasty and perfect to be shared. Our party also enjoyed the Baba Rum dessert too. We will be back to try breakfast or lunch next time.

Welcome Back Duc. Once was Scratch, now Merci, and just as good. Service attentive, but not overwhelming. The restaurant was empty when we walked in at mid afternoon, filled up nicely about an hour later. We started with the French Onion and and Creamy Asparagus soups, with side green and light creamy ranch dressing. The soups were not salty at all, had wonderful flavor. Our entrees Special Mussels and Pom Frite, Croque Madame The mussels in a white wine garlic sauce. The Croque Madame opened faced, a light bechamel. Dessert, Dark Chocolate Tart, and Raspberry Cream Tart went so well together. We took home Macaron Oreo, Chocolate Mint, Pistashio, and Reeses. They don’t serve wine, but if you bring in your own bottle, there is an $8 corkage fee.
