I am not sure why so many people go here for breakfast but my experience was awful! 10/30/2016 We ordered for my father who is a veteran , handicapped waiting in the car well …70 minute wait for an order of scrambled eggs with toast given in a plain plastic container COLD, bread soggy and microwaved like, looking like a mummy , no salt, sauce, nothing not even fork, or napkins! !! Believe or not! Staff desk patronizing, disorganized, and dismissing, they took the money but when I received the food oh surprise!!! manager woman face morning-squeezed in a frown, very rude, snappy staff, food COLD, watery eggs, running in the container and they put the bread in the same container so it got asquerosamente soggy, meaning revoltingly soggy ewww! AND a waste of money, time , and morning.. The entire experience was like a Squeeze in the behind with a tag of course. Not recommended at all ever!!!! Please stay awaaaaaaaay. Ah! behind the building a bad smell of bacon grease and so dirty and smelly. One word to summarize : GROSS!
The atmosphere of this restaurant is great especially during the morning hours. I had the breakfast burrito with hasbrowns and it was good. The coffee and service were excellent.
Cali eggs benedict was fantastic! Coffee was bold and tasty. Berries were not as fresh as last visit, but, still good. Wish they had fresh squeezed orange juice. Wait staff was attentive and friendly. Outside patio was very pleasant and relaxing.
Not so friendly. I used to be a frequent customer of morning squeeze when they first opened. The staff and food at the time was wonderful. Sad to say that this place has gone down hill since the first few months it was opened. My more recent visits have been met with very unfriendly staff that rush you when ordering and smaller and smaller portion sizes at higher prices, there was even a time when our waitress kept forgetting to bring out water for our dog, even after asking her 3 times. I hope this place goes back to how they were when they first opened, I’m very unimpressed with how it’s been lately.
Dog Friendly with excellent food. We took our Basset Hound to Morning Squeeze, arriving at 6:30 as they opened. We sat on the patio in the ‘dog park’ area. The waitress came to the table with a bowl of iced water for our Basset. The quick, friendly service was consistent for the entire meal. The waitress obviously liked dogs, and spent as much attention on our hound as us.My wife had a breakfast sandwich (Made to a custom order, and done very well. I had the crab cake benne. Although the flavor combination is one I won’t try again, the individual ingredients were perfectly cooked. I had the coffee of the moment. A nice roast, and the French Press results in a lot of coffee. Worth the price. Our Basset had the pancakes and sausage gravy (about 6 ounces worth). There is something humorous about ordering for a dog.We intend to go back. The only thing we would change (I’d order a different menu item) is to put misters on the patio. Even at 6:30 in the morning (August 3rd) it was unpleasantly hot.UPDATE: I used a credit card at Morning Squeeze that I have not used anywhere else in a while. Today, 2 days after our visit, someone tried to place a $1,700 online order on that credit card. The credit card company’s fraud division caught it and checked with me, so the charge was cancelled immediately. Obviously, It could be a coincidence, and I am not accusing any staff at Morning Squeeze of potential credit card fraud. But I won’t go back unless I expect to pay in cash.
Don’t bother. We ordered steak + eggs, French toast, bacon, + bursitis + gravy. All very bland + it took about 30 min to get the food and it was basically all raw. The place was dead, we should have known better.
Nice staff and cool design, but i hope they fine tune it. French toast cold. Center was dry bread since they didn’t soak the slices long enough. Extra $2.50 for just a few berries. Oj not fresh squeezed (but should be at this type of place). 10oz for $3. Rather less but fresh. $16 (with tax) for French toast w/berries, coffee, and OJ.09 May, 2013French toast cold. Extra $3 for just a few berries. Oj not fresh squeezed (but should be at this type of place and prices). Nice staff and cool design. I’d come back, but hope they fine tune it.
