Very slow service. No one greeted me or offered to seat me. Had to ask for menu. Beverages not refilled. Food was fine.
Noodles Ranch. It’s okay, but not nearly as great as a lot of people make it out to be. There are at least two places in Scottsdale that are better.
Great lunch place. The husband and I went for our weekly lunch date. I had a lemon chicken dish that was very good. He had the curry. We both enjoyed our meal, and the price was right.I will definately go back.
Vietnamese-American food. Not authentic at all. Lunch Special consisted of a few spring greens and a veggie potsticker. I picked the chicken curry with noodles. Few noodles with very little veggies. Flavor was decent. Price was decent. Service was okay. Food rating 6/10.

Got Pho?. I have tried pho all over the valley, and noodles ranch rocks! the portions are plenty large, the broth is perfectly seasoned, and the brisket was fall apart tender. (8.95). Also the spring rolls are perfect. Large pieces of shrimp, veggies and mint, with a delicious peanut dipping sauce. The staff here is so nice, they remember you everytime you come back and are ever so gratious.2 thumbs up — way up
We love Noodle Ranch!! Great Vietnamese food, friendly fast service. The owners are very nice and treat you with appreciation. We love the fresh spring rolls with peanut sauce, all of the noodle and rice dishes. Delicious bun and pho and desserts with a French flair. I have never had a bad meal here! Oh and lots of vegetarian options, great value too.Edited 12/10 – Still BY FAR the best Vietnamese food in the entire valley…It is always fresh, well prepared and the service is always fantastic. The owners are lovely people and Andre is a very talented chef…He has a cook book you can buy on line or at the restaurant and I have made several of the recipes and all have been great. Highly recommend Noodles Ranch!
