TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! great food. This place has the WORST service!!! I work in Scottsdale and when my team and I are looking for a healthy place to eat out at we always turn to Chop Shop. However, nearly every time there is something wrong with our order. Normally, I’m not one to complain but after my experience today I doubt I will be back again. As part of a large order I ordered a Acai bowl w/ NO COCONUT! and an American Salad. My salad was great. My acai bowl on the other hand came with an obscene amount of coconut though I asked for none. As i was really craving the bowl I called to complain about the order which I rarely do. I was initially put on hold for more than 5 mins. even though I was told I was the vm stated there was only one call in que ahead of me. After about 8 min a employee answered then before saying anything else immediately asked me to hold for another 8 mins. After a total wait time of about 15mins a rep came back to take my order. I advised him I was not calling to place an order but to have one I placed previously corrected. He told me that had been having issues with orders (big surprise…) and that a lot of orders got messed up. He then stated that I could drive back down to Chop Shop and pick up a corrected order. I explained that would be difficult and asked for a refund. I explained that I was part of a larger order. That one person picked up and paid for with his card. We paid him in cash. The employee then put a supervisor by the name of Danielle(? I think that was her name) on the phone. She stated she would be able to refund the amount of my bowl in cash and would be willing to switch it out if I came in. I again advised this would be difficult but out of frustration said I would make the trip just to get the issue resolved. When I get to the store I waiting about another 10-15 mins before getting any kind of service. The supervisor Danielle then came out gave me my new bowl and stated that despite the fact she told me to come down to get a refund it could only be issued to the credit card that was used to pay for the order. What a waste of time!!! I didn’t even want to eat the acai bowl after going through all of this drama and will likely not be back anytime soon. The food is great though IF by chance they get your order RIGHT!

Music too loud in the morning and afternoon, both outside and inside. Not a good place to have a meeting with people or someone. Not sure why they think it’s cool to be like a nightclub. The parfaits and justices are excellent. Breakfast is ok if you like the taste of burnt and charred sweet potatoes
1st time here. Tried the tri-tip bowl. Generous helping and tasted good. I wouldn’t say it is my favorite food, but I would go again and would recommend it for a $10 meal.
Fresh, delicious, great service, patio is great because tables aren’t on top of each other
Too crowded, but good salad. Very friendly but too crowded, especially on hot days. I like their Danish salad but not enough wait in the heat for.
