This was my first visit to PF Chang’s and it was awesome!!! I’m a cook and a foodie and I thought it was very well executed food. I was visiting Scottsdale and liked it so much, that I went a second time in the same week. This location has a great patio and excellent serving staff.

Fashion Square bait and switch. I love P. F Changs but will never go to this location again! I took out of town relatives to dinner on 9/28/11 and when the hostess seated us, she said that we were lucky, because it was 1/3 off wine tonight. So when the server came, I said I was thinking of ordering a Mai Tai, but since wine was 1/3 off, I’d order a glass. She laughed and said that sounded good. We had a pleasant meal, but when the bill came, wine was full price. When I asked the server about it, she came back with a flyer stating wine was 1/3 off on Mon and Tues. I said that was fine. Then she summoned the manager, who came to the table saying she understood that I was upset. I pleasantly told her I wasn’t upset, but said we’d been told wine was on sale, and joked that I would have ordered a Mai Tai instead had I known. She then started scolding me like I was trying to get out of paying the bill, saying we all had misunderstood and should have listened better! She then gave us all a dirty look and said she’d take $2 off the bill. At that point, everyone at the table felt completely insulted. I have never been treated so rudely by a restaurant manager when there was a misunderstanding like this. She continued to talk to another server and looking over her shoulder with a dirty look towards our table.
First time here. Great food our waiter was very helpful. Don’t like the dim lighting that much but overall great service and food
Yummy. I usually despise national chain restaurants but I love PF Changs. The lettuce wraps and double fried noodles are amazing.
