Really good Persian food. The rice is delicious and the filet steak is so soft and good. We have tried almost everything here and go back at least on w every two weeks! My husband is Persian so we know this place is really good.

Dishes are plain, boring, and overpriced. Nothing special, here.

Excellent Appetizers and Dinner. On a recommendation we visited for dinner and had a wonderful meal. The portions are very large – so just keep that in mind. It worked out because we’ll be eating good food for two days. The appetizer platter was a tasty mix of various dips with spicy pickles. All were well above average except the dolmeh – good but not great, a bit overcooked. The lamb shank was outstanding – the best dish of the evening – including a savory mix of basmati rice. The Greek salad was OK, dragged down a bit by the feta. For the best feta, always go to Greekfest in Phoenix! Finally the baklava was below average – not enough filling, too many layers of unfilled phyllo on top and undercooked. BUT overall the meal was excellent – highly recommended. We’ll be back!

AMAZING FOOD!. I just tried Pars a few weeks ago, i used to go to the persian room, but it seemed like the last 3 years or so of my experince there, the food had really gone down hill. One of my freinds told me about Pars and how the chef/owner was the chef at persian room but had left almost 4 years ago. now it all made sense. From the outside, its look like a small place but the inside is so elegant and cozy. I am always greeted promptly by the wonderful staff. I go there so often they know my order, its great! The have great apps and dips that go along with the amazing warm pita that they bring out imediatly. All there entrees are out of this world. my fav is the soltani, a combo of Barg(fillet Mignon) and koobidieh(groud beef skewer). includes basmati rice and grilled tomato.yum! their chicken is another fav and tender. dont forget to try their persian tea(traditonal black loose left tea). with the homemade baklava or ice cream that has safforn and vanilla and pistachios. i drive 40 min each way to come here at least once a week. The staff is so prompt and freindly, i feel like there my children sometimes because you really get a sense of family at this place. which is not common nowadays. Almost forgot, full bar and wine list, and beer. must try!

Pars Persian Cuisine Restaurant. First let me say that I was very skeptical once I was seated in this quaint (& should I say very comfortable restaurant) when looking at the prices in the menu, because they seemed less than what I suppose is average. However, they started out with an appetizer that is on the house consisting of toasted Pita Bread, Real Butter, Onions & Bay Leaves. In one word – Wow! Then when I settled on my Entree, which was Sultani with Basmati Rice & Saffron, with Roasted Tomatoes, Green Peppers & Onions, the dish looked & smelled magnificent. However, I must say it tasted even better. Then come to find out that the Baclave & Pistachio Ice Cream is made right there by the Owner/Chef, Masoud. If there ever was a restaurant that stirves to provide the best & freshest, Pars is it.

Pars Persian Cuisine – Scottsdale. Have tried the Persian Room several times and walked away satisfied each time. But then a good friend told me about Pars Persian Cuisine, over at Ancala Village in Scottsdale, http://www.parspersiancuisine.com. Not only was the food superior, but was much less expensive! In speaking to one of their Persian customers over my terrific meal, was told that the Owner / Head Chef Massoud had been the Head Chef over at the Persian Room for more than 4-1/2 years before opening his own place October 2006. And a most charming restaurant it is, with a wonderful menu & simply superior, delicious dishes. I highly recommend it. Enjoy!
