They were short handed only one server who was doing a good job. Placed our order my wifes fesenjoon was very dry. It is supposed to be a stew but this was dry and gummy. I ordered the Koobideh and finally canceled my order because I had not received it by the time my wife had finished her meal Others came in after us and were eating the same thing I ordered but didnt receive. The manager did comp the meal. We lived in Persia for two years and we know what the food is supposed to be like. We have eaten several times in the Pars in Albuquerque and never had a bad meal
This is a Persian full service restaurant and bar. This restaurant differs from most of the other Persian Restaurants around because they offer a large menu of many different Persian Foods that other restaurants don’t offer. The atmosphere is sort of formal with linen but you can come as you are. We shared the Zereshk Polo, Fessenjan, Shirin Polo and Saffron Pistachio Ice Cream. The Chicken in the dishes were both flavorful and very tender. They gave us large portions of fluffy flavor rice and delicious very creamy ice cream. Service was attentive, helpful and efficient. Parking was easy and close and we will be back!
