My family and I have been coming here for several years and it’s simply the BEST. The food and service are spectacular, the prices are reasonable & we LOVE that they don’t charge a corkage fee. Love that they keep their prices reasonable by not accepting credit cards & focusing their expenses on quality ingrediants. It’s also clear that they take good care of their employees. Who could ask for more? We’d eat here every night but for the calories! I’d give them 6 stars, if I could. Bryn and Andy DeFusco
Not Romeo’s. There was once a pasta place on 42nd St. in NYC. Cheap food for poor people. It closed, but now I know what happened to its silverware and paper napkins. I think I even found one of the old waiters. The real changes here are outrageous prices, undetailed bills and the cash-only policy (familiar to Romeo’s) and BYOB which makes nostalgic former East-coasters think they’re in a genuine Italian restaurant.
The ambiance is wonderfully friendly and feels like you are having dinner at a family members home. The food is fantastic and I love the new daily special appetizer. The meat sauce was so delicious it’ll make you wanna smack your mama.
Awesome food. Family of four had some great authentic Italian food…lobster ravioli, chicken parm, chicken tortellini. Very friendly waiter and owner. Highly recommend!
Great food, friendly staff and very clean. You can eat inside or out front. The waiter will tell you of specials not posted. I had one of those and it was fantastic. I will be back.
Friendly people that love a neighborhood place will be at home and happy to wait to be seated. If you want smug waiters in tails, or if you need to use your Centurian card stay away. Bring your appetite, cash, wine, and a friendly smile to one if my favorite places to eat great food in Scottsdale.
