HORRIBLE. I have been in the restaurant business for 40 yrs. and I have never seen a worst establishment and service. Walked into the restaurant and Blair looked like she just rolled out of bed. There wasn’t a hostess to greet us. Then our food came out dry and chewy. Asked for 2 salads which never came. Seemed as if she forgot to ring them in all together. It was so undesirable we basically refused to eat. The manager didnt make it any better. Though he comp the meals and he bragged about how he had been at this restaurant for 12 yrs. I thought to myself if this is the quality of service and food that you put out in such a great market you should get rid of every person in this location. Then Blair had the nerve to stand by the water coolers and text after the horrible service. From the servers to management this place should be on RESTAURANT IMPOSSIBLE!Another restaurant manager is with me and decides to look it up on YELP! and this restaurant reviews read like a bad Food Network show! Unbelieveable!!!!I now see why this chain is so awful. The management is horrible and so is the rest of the staff.
