  Party of four. Celebrating wife’s Valentines Day Birthday. Had dinner on 2-12-16. Salad was good. Brought the main course before we finished our salad. The plates were room temperature (not sizzling). The steaks and lobster tails were room temperature, the augraten potatoes were cold and the mushrooms were cold. The melted butter was cold. The food tasted OK except for the mushrooms. We all got sick in the middle of the night. Running to the bathroom every 30 minutes. Something was not right. Possibly the lobster or the mushrooms made us sick. First time with this type of experience in 20 years of dining at Ruth’s Chris on Camelback and Scottsdale locations.

  11 oz beef tenderloin was good, but nothing special. Under-seasoned and to be honest, didn’t taste like prime meat as described on the menu. Au gratin potatoes were just okay. Nothing was outstanding.

  Was taken there for my birthday earlier this month and it was great! The staff made me feel really special. The food was awesome. I like the patio too…they had a fire going. Would be a good place to go enjoy a glass of wine on a beautiful fall Phoenix evening.

  HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!!!! :(. Mediocre food and service. Ridiculously overpriced, caters to the ill-bred new money attention-whores! My sons have been grilling better steaks since they were teenagers! Plenty of better restaurants to go to where you won’t be surrounded by other diners who think their you-know-what doesn’t stink and you’ll enjoy better food, service and value!

  Terrible!!!. We went there on our last night of our honeymoon thinking save the best for last, right? We made a reservation online which was nice and even told them it was our honeymoon. We both ordered one of their specials that included a starter, side and dessert. We also ordered a glass of wine each. Our server, Kiristin took a very long time to serve our wine while we watched her continue to bend over backwards at this table of three men in dress shirts. We started to feel ignored. Then our Caesar salads came. Worst I’ve ever had. Ever. The dressing tastes like mayo with pepper and the salad was caked in it. When she finally came over, She insisted on sending them back and we tried again but with the dressing on the side, a bit better but very disappointing. She never came back to check though. Throughout the evening, the bus boys really took care of us filling water and taking plates. They were also the ones who offered to refill our bread too. I made the comment…. Oh wow thank you. You’re much more helpful than our server is, as we continued to watch her at the same table. then our steaks came out. Full of fat and bathed in butter and grease. I guessing should of requested no butter soup with it, it was gross. A little I can understand, but not a soup. We ate some as we were starving but were not impressed. The sides of mushrooms and beans were nothing mentionable either. Were the mushrooms from a can? maybe. When her favourite table left, it was evident because now they wanted to do our photo and give us 3 desserts. It was shame, too little, to late. We really just wanted to leave. We expected a lot more outta this place. Save your money and go somewhere else!
