Handcrafted local artisan Beers and very fine hand crafted foods. The atmosphere is light airy casual and industrial. It’s very difficult to decide on what to order because most items on the menu are interesting. They offer many different in-house prepared meats like mortadella, andouille sausage, and house cured smoked salmon that they call lox. I went with the house cured Lox Salad. My salad was large and very detailed with crispy fried capers, buttery dill croutons, fresh greens, goat cheese other vegetables and everything vinaigrette. It was like a deconstructed bagel sandwich. My salad was excellent but my only complaint is that I should have had slightly more lox. We shared a side of roasted cauliflower. It was roasted till it tasted nutty and the almonds and carefully smoked tomatoes were a perfect compliment to the cauliflower. It was light and still delicious. My husband enjoyed the house made andouille sausage with creamy grits and shrimp sauce. I managed to save room for dessert and we shared the Texas Tea Stout Cake. It was chocolatey and moist and laced with stout. The Bailey’s Cream got lost for me with all the flavors going on but it still was a good dessert. Very Very Good food I can’t wait to revisit!
