Cupcakes were doughy. Not worth the dough.
Love it!,
After reading the other reviews, I was not sure what to expect but what we found exceeded expectations! Andrew should win employee of the year. He was funny and nice and explained the roots and concept. He even told us to quickly check their FB page and get the secret word which awarded us each one free dark chocolate cupcake EACH! So, super friendly service and loads of frosting (if you don’t like a lot of frosting…don’t eat it all). A lot of people rave about the red velvet. Turns out I am not a fan (personal taste). The peanut butter was creative and delicious but the super star of the show was plain ole vanilla made with the finest ingredients, and extracts. I was expecting the dark chocolate to be my fave but honestly, it paled next to the vanilla. I was impressed with Sprinkles and would certainly go back!
I don’t like their cupcakes. They taste factory made and overall just not good. I can’t believe how much they charge for a product like that.
Not fresh, too much frosting.
Attitude. This young girl named Ashley was very snippy to a co-worker. She asked her peer how to pronounce the lady in front of me and the co-worker responded and this cashier Ashley still called the customer by her order. And then when I reached her, I asked her a question and she rolled her eyes at me. She would be a good reason not to frequent that location. She seemed to be watching what the other girls were doing. You could just tell that she was trying to find something wrong with her co-workers. I couldn’t be sure but I would guess she was trying to nail one of the brunettes, very pretty girl. I go into this location a lot. The manager I believe someone called her christine or chrissy seemed to be gossiping about another employee. Sprinkles you may put out a great cupcake, but your people skills need some real fine tuning. You haven’t found your stars yet.The management team so very young and not experienced at the Scottsdale store. And the store echos horrible.
