Mediocre. I really wanted to like this place. It’s great to have a sushi restaurant in this area and I had been to the Scottsdale one a couple times for lunch and had a decent experience. The prices here are pretty high (even for sushi) and when the quality is good I don’t mind paying but this was not the case. The atmosphere feels like it is not quite sure what it’s trying to be. Hipster, Sporty, Asian Inspired, I really have no clue. The service was spotty and I could not help but overhearing a couple of complaints from fellow diners about their orders being wrong, inconsistent, or slow to come up (and it was not busy the night I was in). They do have some unique sushi roll ideas but they are way overpriced and everything I had was honestly not much better than what I can get from the sushi chef at Frys and a couple items really so/so. Maybe it will improve but unless the prices were more reasonable, I likely won’t be giving it another shot.
Overall the food was pretty good, but the atmosphere is lacking. The bar is not stocked in a way that really showcases all the liquor they actually have…a lot of half empty wine bottles stacked on the shelves where the premium liquors would be in any normal bar. Also, I sat at the end of the bar next to the office/PoS machine, and the wait staff stood around conversing about crude and innapropriate topics in front of customers. I’d prob have closed the door prior to doing that in front of anyone. If all ya want is good food, this is a good destination, but the professionalism was lacking, big time!!!

Great Sushi and Great atmosphere! I have been to sushi brokers many times and have always a good experience. The sushi is fresh and tasty. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is fun! I would recommend the lollipop sushi roll! It’s my fav!
I ordered my food to go at 430 waited half an hour before asking what happened to my order and the waitress forgot to put it in so I ended up waiting an hour for mediocre sushi.
Terrible. Ordered the sushi bento box and teriyaki bento box. Sushi was just ok, but the teriyaki was the worst teriyaki chicken I have ever had. I wouldn’t even call it teriyaki. Very very poor. I do not recommend to anyone. There are much better places for much cheaper.
