Amazing value and it lets you try more variety that you may not usually try. I was impressed that they had appetizer (Edamame and others) and dessert (cheesecake).
Teharu is fantastic!. This is by far THE best value for sushi anywhere. The sushi is fresh, there is a great variety and you can order outside the main menu as well. You want a Yellowtail Spicy Handroll? Hell yes…$3.00 and it is stuffed with fish. Their Haru Sushi is freaking crazy how good it is. Crab stuffed with a piece of tuna around it with an avocado on top. Friendly staff always and the best part of this place, if you are in a hurry you can get in and out of there in 20 minutes if needed. Very busy but it goes fast….Your welcome.

Good price, staff needs training. We stopped in here after visiting the Taliesin west site and found that for a revolving sushi place the quality was pretty good. The prices were fair and while the choices on the carousel were limited and basic you can order certain other dishes from the staff. As to the staff… they were friendly and somewhat attentive. The problem was that they didn’t know their own menu and even confused dishes and drinks. I was brought a sake when I’d requested an Asahi beer. As it turned out they don’t carry it. We only discovered pricing and that they had an order sheet and printed menu after asking about these things. My wife asked for Hotate and they were confused until we pointed it out on the sheet and said scallop nigiri. After ordering we saw the staff all crowded around each other in the kitchen and when we asked if there was a problem were told they were figuring out how to make it. Since it’s just fresh scallop on rice I was wondering what the issue was. We found out when we were brought a spicy chopped scallop roll instead of what we’d ordered.I’m going to say I like Teharu for the simple reason that once the new location has trained its staff the fresher than expected food and good prices will make this a good place.
