If you are sitting in a restaurant having ordered food and coffee and decide to sit and talk to your friend over said coffee for a little under an hour, do you think the owner has the right to tell you to go talk outside or leave to keep business moving? That happened to me and my friend today. We werent even talking loud or really even there for any longer than how much time my family usually spends there. Disappointed.
Don’t bother. Waitress said she could clean a table or we could sit outside or at the counter then walked away. The man that came in behind us said it was a seat yourself place. Since it was beautiful outside we sat on the patio. 10 minutes later we hadn’t been waited on. As we left we noticed the man behind us, who stayed inside, was being waited on. It wasn’t that they didn’t know we were outside as we were brought a menu after we went out and another waitress had already been outside and gave a table water (but she never acknowledged us).
Really good. Don’t let outside look turn you off. Good food and coffees.
Awesome little spot. I recently stopped off for a cup of coffee and ended up eating a very hearty home cooked breakfast. Super clean, nice staff and great prices. I remember these type of places from the oh so long ago neighborhood spots. Everyone does know your name her. Try it….
You can’t go wrong.. Lately I’ve been to those larger fast food chains,,, and if you don’t have anything nice to say don’t say it! I do need to say something about Temptations Caf in Scottsdale. Their quality is always hot, fresh, and delicious. There is always something interesting and different for a daily special. Every time I go for breakfast, lunch, or just to have a great cup of coffee, people are greeted with a friendly hello and many by there first name. My favorite is the Italian Beef.Thanks everyone!Diane
