Food good service and management is HORRIBLE!!!!! The cooks messed up my entire order. They said I could have a credit then when I called to honor that they told me it was my fault and wouldn’t honor it.. seriously??? So they gave me wrong spice on everything and a wrong size soup and refused to fulfill the order which they charged me for!!! Would recommend staying far away from these crooks!
Baaaaad customer service. We got there at 4:25 pm. They are supposed to open at 4:30. They won’t let us in 5 minutes early. We waited in 105 degree heat for 11 minutes before they unlocked the door. When I told them it wasn’t nice to make us wait in the heat (they could have let us wait in air conditioning, or even offered us some water), THEY ARGUED WITH ME. They said they open at 4:30. They actually opened at 4:36, knowing there are customers waiting outside. Another customer found a live roach in her salad. They were unapologetic. They’re in the HOSPITALITY business but treat their customers so badly.
The atmosphere is loud during lunch hour. The food was excellent and beyond our expectations. The service was pretty good and fast. The 3 stars spicy basil chicken was just right. If you want spicier then go with 4 stars. The fresh spring rolls with dipping sauce were outstanding. My daughter enjoyed her Pad Thai. The portion sizes were generous.
