DISGUSTING, THESE PEOPLE NEED TO TAKE THEIR FOOD BACK TO THEIR OWN COUNTRY.. Sunday, March 22nd, 2015. I am an 80 year old male from Texas visiting my daughter in Scottsdale. We are hungry and she suggests a take out order from the Thai House. She ordered three dinners: one Pad Thai and 2 Thai Curry Chicken dinners. Since my mouth is very tender and sensitive after a bout with cancer and oral surgery my daughter specifically requests the mild sauce and not the spicy. I picked up the meal after paying the outrageous price of $31.14. The meal was packaged in a thin Wal Mart type plastic bag. Consider that the bag contained two pint size styo drink type containers that are customarily used for coffee with plastic lids.There was absolutely no way to carry this bag even holding it by the bottom without the styro cups collapsing from the weight. What a mess. To top it off the sauce was so hot I considered calling the Scottsdale fire department. The chicken pieces were so tough they would require a well honed steak knife to cut them.My daughter called to complain and the attitude was ‘so WHAT! No offer to make things right. The sauce is the way we always make it. No apology , no offer to package take out meals so they would arrive in a condition that would survive a short trip. Just thing what your 2015 vehicle would look like after transporting these leaking collapsing meals.Stay away folks unless you are a glutton for punishment.

I have been a professional Chef in the foodservice industry for 15 years, and have trouble finding local cuisine that satisfies my desire for quality and value. My wife and I tried Thai House tonight for the first time, and were extremely impressed with the quality of food and service. We both used to live in Washington state and have had trouble finding any Thai food in AZ on par with that found in the Pacific Northwest. We both had the Pad Thai and thought it was the best we have had in years! Huge portions, with excellent flavor and just a hint of the fish sauce aroma that a good authentic Pad Thai should have. I recommend going with chicken and shrimp, probably close to 12 oz of meat total! My wife was stuffed after only eating half of her entree, and she is 41 weeks pregnant. Incredible value, especially considering it only cost $8.95, or $2 extra for chicken and shrimp. This is my first posted restaurant review ever, but Thai House deserves every word of it!!

Really good service and the spicy noodle @ 4 out of 5 on the hot scale was perfect
Great food, very quick service (although the restaurant wasn’t very full) I had the Tom kha gai soup and the Panang curry and my parents had the pineapple fried rice.
