Great Filet Supper. We discovered the Cider Mill while walking around old Scottsdale. The chalkboard outside described a Filet Steak Supper for $14.95!We were greeted by the owner and given a brief description of the establishment. Our drinks arrived promptly and were delicious. We had ordered the homemade root beer, prickly pear soda and two red sangrias. Our salads arrived shortly after. Two Caesars and two house salads – fresh, crispy vegetables and great dressings.Our steaks, with freshly mashed potatoes, were done to perfection. No fat or gristle anywhere on the meat. The steaks were thick and tender enough to be cut with a fork! As for taste, I do not recall ever having a steak this good. All of us were amazed!I highly recommend this great little restaurant to anybody in the Phoenix area. You won’t be disappointed.

Delicious comfort food!. Met a friend at Cider Mil yesterday and it was so worth the drive (40 min. each way). A superb menu of comfort foods and generous portions! My hot beef prolone sandwich was outstanding and affordable. The family and their chef are warm and friendly and make patrons feel right at home. This was a five star experience.
Good Eats!. The Cider Mil is a great place for fresh homemade soups, salads and sandwiches. My personal favorites are Sue’s Ceasar Salad and Marios Monster Mill-wich. My kids favorite is the Squish Ice Cream. I love the stores open floor layout and homey atmosphere. Don’t forget to grab some Sanders Hot Fudge to take home and enjoy before you leave.
Great new place for lunches!. A cute cozy place to enjoy freshly made tasty sanwiches and soups and salads. Fun to walk the area and then stop in The Cider Mill for lunch.
