Food is pretty good. It is always crowded on weeknights though. Menu never changes and you get really bored of the food. The restaurant itself is well decoreated and has a nice wait staff.
Outdoor seating, good kids menu, excellent spinach dip, good coconut chicken salad/ a nice place for lunch after hiking at McDowell Sonoran preserve.
Decor is what draws me in. I think my favorite thing about the Twister Lizard is the art on the wall. Very whimsical. The food was ok, not necessarily memorable, but the wait staff was friendly.
