Very disappointed. Tableclothes smelled sour, silverware had food on it, watched busboys just flip over tableclothes in the table next to us when the previous people left. Yuck!Had the stew which was good except the bread bowl was hard as a rock. Sad

TERRIBLE. This place SUCKED BIG TIME!!! I suggested this place to my mom and sister for St. Pats day thinking it would be a good place to enjoy music and some lunch. The place was decorated nice and had music so everything seemed good. We sat down and they had a shortened menu and a few over priced specials and drinks for the holiday. Huge sign that we should have left. My sister ordered the Caesar salad with shrimp… UM the shrimp was flavorless. Good thing it was just lettuce and dressing out of a can or who knows they might have to hire a real chef. My mom and I both got the fish and chips. Its a classic how had could you mess that up… well Wally’s can. The fish I’m pretty was frozen fish and tasted one step lower than McDonald’s. The tarter sauce was a weird grey color as if it had been left out in the heat and left to turn. On the side is described french fry mixed with onion rings… what fries you needed a microscope to see them and for the onion ring neither one of us got one. We asked to clarify if the fries were suppose to have onion rings and the waitress said they normally put ONE on top. So the waitress brought TWO onion rings, one for me and one for mom lol Well I don’t know why didn’t know better but it was ice cold and tasted like rubber. I had to spit it out because I could not force myself to eat it. Well $50 later we were left speechless. Was this real, did we just pay $50 for food scrapped from the bottom of a trash can. I tried to be nice and left without saying a word thinking it was just a mistake but on reflecting back the terrible waitress should have noticed the issues. But why would she notice, the food always looks this bad. And a mistake like that does not just once in a while I’m sure many more customers left that day extremely taken advantage of. Don’t be a dork like me and I suggest you stay away. Try Tommy Bahamas who also has a real fish sandwich at the same price. Give it a try I promise you will never go back to Wally’s again. Thanks
Wonderful. I had been to the Phoenix location a while back and never went back..It was just ok. A friend and I tried Gainey Ranch last night. The restaurant is very stylish with dark wood bar and checkered table cloths. We sat on the patio which really is part of the dining room with heaters and fireplaces and enclosed. The tomato Bisque soup was delicious. The Bourbon Street Pasta is the stuff dreams are made of. Creamy, a bit spicy. Service was the best I have had in a very long time, with a very attractive crew that probably only has a few tables to cover, based on my count of tables to servers. And the prices are more than fair..really a deal. Just a little more than you would pay at Dennys. It was packed on a tuesday night and I can see why.
