Saving Grace. There is one waitress there that makes me come back. The food is just as bad as any other chilis in the US but her service and care, and how much she interacts and goes out of her way to take care of the children at the table makes it worth coming here. only because of her do i give it a thumbs up, and no i will not put her name, that way her section wont be too full and i can ask for her

Disappointing. We recently ordered takeout and arrived promptly at the restaurant 15 minutes later expecting the food to be fresh. After waiting at the takeout counter for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged us (even though service staff used the computer at that counter twice during that time) a woman finally asked if we were picking up or needed to place an order. Once she gave us our food and I paid she then proceeded to ask me if I wanted my change. I thought that was a bit rude and basically the same as her asking for a tip. I usually tip 18-20% because I remember how tough it was to survive on a server’s pay. That being said I don’t typically tip for takeout.As for the food….the southwestern eggrolles were overcooked and the avocado-ranch dressing was sloppily made with 2 huge chunks of something like pepper skins mixed with ranch. The buffalo chicken ranch sandwich barely had any ranch dressing on it and the bun was soggy.We have had good food from there in the past but the previous three visits to this Chilis has been so far below par that we won’t be ordering from there again.
Its corporate food. That said its good corporate food. The staff is polite, efficient and good at what they do. The food is what you expect from a nationwide chain, nothing particularly amazing or bold, but it serves as a good stand-by for those evening when you don’t know what you want to eat.
Good prices, and car side to go is fast too. Awesome chips salsa and queso…. I’m pretty sure they make all three from scratch.
