I’ve had Pho many times. This is the second best I’ve ever had in about 10-12 attempts! Great service the setting ok but I don’t go there to look at anything I go there for the terrific Pho. Speedy service and the special Pho dish is awesome with the meatball that is unique to their service, I love it! One of my favorite eateries in SV and some of the best soup I’ve ever experienced. Go there today!!!
I finally got around to calling in an order, and I can only say this: I wish I had done so sooner!!! 😀 I ordered pho and spring rolls, and was absolutely blown away by how delicious and fresh everything was! The pho was some of the best I have EVER had – seriously incredible stuff. I was very surprised by how large the spring rolls were as well, almost as big as a burrito! I am already plotting my next order: another helping of pho, and I am determined to try their scallops. I have every confidence I will be just as happy with all my future orders as I was today. ^_^Also, my order was ready and waiting for me as soon as I walked in the door. Prompt service AND great food = one very happy and newly loyal customer!
This place is great…. I’ve eaten here a couple time with my wife and always left happy. They tend to specialize in Vietnamese and Thai cuisine, and do it very well. We usually get some combination of pho, curry, and/or Pad Thai. The spring rolls are good too. The service is always friendly and the prices are reasonable. They don’t serve beer, which is not a big deal to me. Definitely check this out.
Congratulations Indochine!. What a wonderfully inspired meal I had here at this new Sierra Vista restaurant! Everything was delicious and well presented from spring rolls to noodle dishes. Great service even for a busy lunch and the dining room while simple is comfortable and inviting. Indochine will encourage me to return to SV more often. Bravo! Well done!
Will be returning. The food was absolutely delicious. The Shaking Beef was thoroughly spiced and tender, there were not any pieces of fat at all, just solid beef. Some of the best crab cakes I have had since leaving Alaska. The Crab and Cheese fritters had a lot of crab in them as well and were great, only got to eat one since the kids devoured the rest.
I really like this place. The staff is very polite and the food is great. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The shrimp chips here are great. The prices here are a little high but I think it is worth it. Will return.
Great food, polite staff, very well priced, I think I have a new favorite place, highly recommend the Pho.
