Olive Garden is always a pretty safe bet for a good plate of food and nice atmosphere. Theyll even dim the lights at sunset to make it more romantic for the couples out there lol. I particular enjoy the fact that the food on their under 600 menu is just as delicious as the more high-calorie, high-fat entrees. The portions sizes for the lighter meals are also great, so I was pretty thrilled about the whole experience.

Excellent food, horrible service. We’ve been there a few times and usually it’s the same story, wait forever for any service. This last time was the worst, ended up walking out, we sat over 10 minutes and our waiter/waitress had yet to stop by.

I didnt expect much from the chain but thought I’d give it a try. Waited forever to sit then waited forever for the server to deliver drinks then waited over an hour for our main meal. Asked for a manager and never came to our table. Definitly will not be going back.
Too new, inexperienced staff. When the franchise finished their initial training they left too soon. Service on several levels is terrible. The wait staff doesn’t know thier own menu, the kitchen cannot keep up. When you patronize a chain facility you expect a cretain level of performance and reliability. That is not here yet. It is on a verly long and slow learning cycle. I will check back in about 6 months to see if things have improved. As a rule I enjoy the Olive Garden franchize. Not this one, and not now.
