I really liked the nachos, my husband had ribs and he didnt like them, he said they were dry….
What do you expect from a chain?. The only thing I have ever tried here was the BBQ brisket and that was enough. I grew up in Texas, so my standards for brisket are very high. I’ve tried most of the places here and they’re mediocre, hedging towards bad. Famous Dave’s was outright terrible. My family had a craving for brisket one night and since it takes a day to make it, we ordered carryout from this place. When we tried to eat the brisket it was tough, dry and had no flavor at all. We looked in the bag for BBQ sauce and there was none, even though we had asked for it. (Good brisket doesn’t need sauce, but we had asked for some, just in case.) I understand what it’s like to search for real BBQ in Tucson, I’ve tried it all, but this is not the place to find it.
Bad……just bad. Cold Brisket, burnt wedge fries, and staff indifference……a winning combination
The pinnacle of mediocrity. Ordered a brisket sandwich that was undercooked and underseasoned. My girlfriend ordered a chicken strip salad that looked like something you would get at a truck stop. Service was slow and they weren’t very busy. I love BBQ, but this place doesn’t cut it for me.
Ribs!. The ribs are great! As are the corn muffins.Chicken was pretty good. Tender and juicy. Brisket was OK.And they deliver!
Great sauces but average BBQ. I’d say they are the Olive Garden of the BBQ world. Mr. K’s is opening across the street so it should be interesting.
Boring Bbq. The spicy bbq sauce was very good, but I had to drown my extremely dry brisket in it. The waiter wasn’t very quick getting to us with the drinks or the food, and I didn’t care for the potato salad, either. My boyfriend said his chopped pork meal was just o.k. Probably not giving this place another chance.
