I started ordering delivery from this place when it 1st opened several years ago. The food is always great & portions are generous, pricing what I consider to be normal. One time (probably out of 15) I had an issue & they were very gracoius & refunded me. I was sad to leave the delivery area behind when I moved to the west side. I still get food here even though it s out of my way. Love Panda One!
YUMMMYY :). We love Panda One, of course sometimes things go wrong, but these people have ALWAYS made it right by us. The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious..and the containers are over filled. We will continue ordering from here, thank you for your wonderful food and service.The Fosters 🙂
Update: they still suck. I contacted the BBB about the trouble I’ve had with this place and they’ve tried to contact them several times.28 Aug, 2011Sucks big time. Owner supposedly gave me $20 credit because of all the trouble I had with them in the past. But when I finally went back there, no one knew anything about a $20 credit. Plus the inside of the restaurant was dirty and in disrepair. They really need someone who can take phone orders correctly and can speak clearly back to customers. The front end of this business is killing it slowly. I know I won’t go back. Not ever.
Best Take out!!!. East coast style Chinese food at its best!! The Wor Wonton Soup is to die for!!! The People are super nice and its very reasonably priced!!
