Birt’s Bistro is located in a book-store and artisan gift shop. This bistro often offers free musical entertainment. Birt’s Bistro is also affiliated with Bonvilla, a charitable organization that provides a variety of services for all kinds of people. I had the Baja Grilled Chicken Salad. It lacked many ingredients the menu promised and was on the bland side but overall was OK. My husband had a Steak Quesadilla. Steak was undeveloped with flavors but there was a generous portion of it. Not the best but overall OK and the sale benefits charity. I’ll try them again sometime. Our server was very attentive and good natured.
