Service Abysmal, Food Adequate. I joined a group of friends at this restaurant in Peoria, Arizona, at the suggestion of one of the group members. I specifically told the server that I wanted to order dessert, so that my meal choice would intentionally be smaller. I selected the regular serving of sliders with potato wedges. The entire group waited an inordinate amount of time for their meals to arrive. Two people had their orders filled incorrectly and asking for corrections fell on deaf ears. The food was adequate, but the service was beyond dismal. My coffee was never refilled, not once; none of the other members of the party were asked if they wanted their sodas refilled. Then the server never asked me for my dessert order – neither when I initially ordered, nor after the meal was completed. I was never asked for my dessert order. I was never asked if I wanted dessert… I just received my bill. Not only was I disappointed, but the check from me should have been double what it actually was. Perhaps we stayed too long at the tables (there were two long tables pushed together to accommodate our group) and not allowing us to have dessert or beverage refills was a means of getting us out of the restaurant. Well, it worked. I had never been to this facility and I have no intention of returning.
Mom. Had worst turkey meal on Thanksgiving. Absolutely the worst meal ever.

Awesome service/Food. We enjoyed a great dinner with my grandma and other family…the waiter was great and was nice to see everyone smiling!
Disgusted. I was in the restaurant the other night and ordered a sirloin steak. It was so tuff I couldn’t cut it with the steak knife. I brought it to the attention to the waitress she said she would tell the owner Lou. Lou came over and tried cutting the steak himself and agreed. He offered another meal and we did not have the time to wait around for another meal. When the bill came to our surprise nothing was taken off the bill for the steak. The waitress apologized. If you were me would you go back?
Excellent food!. We had a wonderful meal tonight with friends who have been there before. We all enjoyed our food very much! We shared the appetizer plate; two people ordered the reuben sandwich, one ordered the lasagna and I had the grilled shrimp. We all enjoyed our meal and the free entertainment afterwards.The musician was great and very entertaining. Our only complaint was that we kept piling our dirty dishes on the table, but no one would clear our table. We were not offered refills of water either.
