Ordered take out there. Three orders and one side. They managed to screw up every order. White rice instead of brow, extra mild instead of extra spicy, Vietnamese rolls instead of spring rolls…. $45 dollars for three meals and the food was absolutely horrible. A complaint on the website prompted a call from someone who offered me free food. THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!!! Why would I want to punish myself twice???? I eat at Pei Wei’s in Tempe at least once week and the food is perfect and the service is outstanding. The Pei Wei’s in Surprise needs a sign on Bell Road warning drivers to stay away. If I could give zero stars, it would be more appropriate. Stay away from this location. The staff seems more interested in their cell phones than service!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
