Had to get up and walk out because they wouldn’t even acknowledge we were at the table. Place was empty. Waitress for every occupied table. Watched a table that got there the same time as us get chips, drinks, and appetizers and they never even spoke to us. Try Rosita’s down the road. Much better.
I really wanted to like this place, but was disappointed. We had veggie fajitas. The veggies were good, there was just a very small amount for the $15 price. Black beans were a nice treat, rice and guacamole was good. I did not like the salsa at all, had sort of a vinegar taste. The margarita tasted good, but didn’t have any alcohol in it. Servers were friendly and attentive. We’re from out of town, will try a different ace next time.

Love it for what it is. As generic, chain Mexican restaurants go– I think Macayo’s is the best. Chi-Chis and Chevy’s got nothing on Macayo’s and the Depot Cantina is a great location (used to broadcast Coach Koetter’s press conferences from here on Thursday nights.)
Don’t go for the food, it was bland and not prepared well. If all you want is to drink and party, then maybe. But you’re better off going to taco bell.
