My wife and I stopped in for lunch yesterday after walking along the Tempe town lake. The weather was perfect so we decided to eat outside. At first we were seated at a tall booth. We quickly decided to move because the table was at an odd height… much too low. The tables outside were a better configuration but quite old and tattered. My wife and I each ordered a dinner salad. I had the salmon and shrimp while she had Greek with Gyro meat on top. Both salads were tasty. We shared a pitcher of red Sangria which was just ok. It was a bit sweet for my taste. The server was very attentive and professional. The bathrooms were spotless. All in all this restaurant is rather good. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit again the next time I am on Mill Street.

It’s Back!. We’ve enjoyed the downtown Tempe culture, with the hustle and bustle of local restaurants and culture. We are not however fans of the party college crowd and enjoy a good sit down place to observe the people, drink a beer, and enjoy some food. This place’s patio served this purpose perfectly! We often have gone and enjoyed sitting on the outdoor portion of the bar and get a beer and their hummus.About a year ago however, they closed…or I should say they were closed and had a failed health inspection notice on the door. Truth be told, they had a fire inside and were closed because of an electrical fire hazard. We were disappointed that this prime location was out of service.However, about 1 month ago it reopened! They’ve changed a few decorations and updated a few small things inside, but it’s more or less the same, just less busy.We both ordered Gyro Pitas and they were just as before–good. Their hummus as always is fantastic, as they have five types to choose from. We love the garlic one the best! They’ve got some Greek beers on draft which are fun to try, and overall it’s a place we’d recommend and will be going to again!

Don’t go to late. This turns into something other than a place to eat if you go to late at night. If you are visiting keep in mind that Tempe is a college town. If you are looking for a college crown then great. You’ll see good looking boys and girls, I guess.
