Ordered from this place yesterday 2/14/16. The food was horrible. The lamb was in chunks with only 3 pieces. The meat was tough and had gristle in it. My total came to $16.95. They charged me a delivery fee of $4.00 when the menu stated $3.50. Yeah it’s only .50 cents but that’s not the point. I completely support local businesses before a chain business. I called back to complain and for a refund and was told that there was no manager or a supervisor for me to speak to. I’ve worked in restaurants and there always has to be some kind of manager/supervisor on the floor. I called back this morning and was told the owner would call me. He has not. I tried to call him with no answer. All I am asking for is a refund. If I could give a negative rating of 10 for the food I would. This restaurant solicits menus to my door advertising Voted Best Greek In Tempe. Definitely the worst Greek food I’ve ever tasted and the way this business treats new customers is bad customer service. I will never eat here again and I am also reporting this company to all agencies.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. Tried this place for the first time based on good reviews. We ordered take out (not the friendliest of folks on the phone, but would have been forgiven if the food was any good) and first we got a chicken Caesar salad (instead of the Greek salad with chicken we ordered), which consisted of warm lettuce, 4 bites of chicken and some dressing squeezed out of a bottle and put into a take out container. Next we got a $15 platter (paid for 2 meats) also consisting of a minimal amount of chicken, average tasting Gyro meat and some sides which would have made for a fair deal at 10 bucks. Overpriced, mediocre quality at best. Won’t be going back
Overpriced. I don’t know about the other food, but the gyros are extremely small compared to other gyro places in the area, and are more expensive. The taste is average, a little bland, not worth the price. I was excited because of all the reviews, but 10 dollars for a gyro that has less than a third the meat on it than other places is ridiculous, it would take three of these to be a meal, and I’m a skinny guy! If you want a good gyro, go to George’s Famous Gyros. It’s a little bit further of a drive, but I’m sad I didn’t make it tonight.
Food is good but it always comes back to haunt me. Never fails.
PERFECT!!!!. The food is really yummy and not expensive.friendly and helpfull owner and staff.
