Nice and Relaxed. An excellent place with large portions. The Republic Ramen had a good amount of spice that didn’t over power the soup. There was also plenty of spice that you could add on your own if you wanted. The openness of the restaurant makes it very easy to stroll in and try something new if your only exposure to ramen is the instant kind. I think it would be a great meet up place for an Anime club to get a taste of a staple of Japanese restaurant food.Overall, the ramen was not quite to the same level that I had while in Japan, but it was definitely good. I’m going to have to head back sometime for some sake.
Good food, great portions, spicy means spicy and a very helpful and knowledge staff. The atmosphere and decor are above average considering it is in a strip mall. Nice selection of sake and an overall good service and food
Great fresh, healthy food in a clean and welcoming environent. A staff that knows about thier product and have helpful suggestions. very hip decor inside to match the light young feel of the crowd.
