Tried it a couple of times at the Phoenix airport. It’s a fast food branch, not much special about it. Their fries were good, and their milkshake was very good too. Usually my top choice at the Phoenix airport.
I would not recommend this specific Smashburger location! When I got my meal the fries were not only cold and hard but the actual burger was way too undercooked that the center was cold.
Not all that. The smash fries were great, but felt for the price, the burger should have been better. The two have to match up to be a hit for me.
Atmosphere great, employees helpful and really nice, food good but a little on the pricy side. Would I go back, yes. would I recommend this place to others, absolutely! I would also highly recommend the smash frys!
Have come to smashburger now 4 times in 1 week. Buffalo chicken is awesome. All American. Classic and Arizona are all great. Recommend for a good quick burger u don’t need the arches
Fast service and a great menu. I highly recommend the smashfries, which are their regular shoestring french fries, but have been tossed in Rosemary, olive oil and garlic.
I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes for my classic burger. Still waiting. I was told it would be 10 minutes when I ordered. When I told them I was still waiting, they came up with several excuses. I was the only one at my table who didn’t get my food fast. This is the second time this happened. What gives.
