Proprietors J.D. and Tricia O'Reilly are natives of New Orleans who moved to Arizona after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina. Originally operating out of a mobile food trailer in Flagstaff, Arizona, this "mom and pop" now offer casual counter service with seating at their restaurant in nearby Williams, Arizona - Gateway to the Grand Canyon! Instead of hearing the hum of the trailer's generator, you can now enjoy listening to some Zydeco, Blues, Jazz, and New Orleans Funk music while you sit and dine on Historic Route 66.
