Worst Ever. I took my girlfriend, her daughter and her daughters friend to the Lynx Cafe for her Birthday. I had been to a German restaurant in Seoul South Korea and enjoyed it very much. I ordered the wiener schnitzel as I had done in Korea and turned out to be sorely disappointed. For $67+ I got the worst service and food I have had in many years. That is saying a lot considering that I have eaten in 7 countries around the world. The wiener Schnitzel at Lynx Cafe was tasteless and so was the macaroni and cheese that came with it. My girlfriend is very easy going and she stated she did NOT want to return to the Lynx Cafe. So in short save your money and disappointment and go to a restaurant where the service staff and the Cooks have more pride in their work.

German food. My mom was German and her food never tasted like this. The best thing on the menu was their hamburgers. Really big and good. Music was way too loud. If you like the music. Would only bring tourists there one time.
On the Prescott Waterfront. OK, it’s not strictly Prescott, being a couple of miles outside the city limits on Lynx Lake in the Prescott National Forest. The menu here is mostly seafood/fish and German. Most people come for the oompah music and German food on weekends. On Friday evenings there’s a popular all-you-can-stand fried fish dinner. On Saturday evenings there are some German specialties not available at other times. If you like German food, it’s pretty good here, with a choice of rice, potato, or spatzle carbs and soup or salad. The spatzle (fried noodles, kinda like miniature dumplings) can be had with onions and cheese added for a minimal extra charge. Good stuff if you need to carbo load up. Now go work it off!
